Added value wood-products are produced by Ust-Ilimsk Sawmill.
The Angara pine is used in the main production. Special natural conditions have caused excellent physical-mechanical properties of timber, high density and ordered structure (no irregular grain) in first place.
Raw material for deep-processed wood products
- Raw material used is mainly sawn wood: 22 — 25 х 75, 22 — 25 х 100, 25 х 125 mm, KD up to 8 — 10 % humidity in drying chambers of the drying shop and sorted in accordance with the quality requirements.
- For cut stock production 50 х 200, 50 х 225 mm lumber is used. Sorted in accordance with the quality required lumber then receives additional high-temperature treatment in drying chambers which ensure resin crystallization.

Deep-processing
- High-quality wood (clear) is used for manufacture of specialized and milled cut-stock for export (US market) and for the domestic market (Grade «0»).
- Depending on the size of the clear zone, cut-stock can be made from solid wood, finger-jointed wood or glued wood.
- Wood with insignificant defects and damages intends for manufacture of construction cut-stock (Grade 1, 2). Finger-jointed technology is applied.
- Wood of lower quality is used for manufacture of planed timber for the domestic market (Grade 3).
Packaging
- Planed timber is packaged in stretch-film (in packs) and in transport packages covered with polythene and metal tape.
- Products are delivered in transport packages.
